House Rules 1. Check-In/Check-Out: a. Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out time is by 12:00 PM. b. Please inform us in advance if you expect to arrive later and earlier than the check-in and check-out time. c. Early check-in and Late check-out requests will be accommodated based on availability and charges may apply. 3. Smoking Policy: a. Our bed & breakfast is strictly non-smoking inside all rooms. b. Smoking is prohibited inside the building and all designated non-smoking areas. c. Guests who violate this policy will be subject to a cleaning fee. 4. Pet Policy: a. Only 1 pet per room is allowed to stay for free. If you wish to bring more than 1 pet you are required to pay Php500.00 per pet. b. Pets must be on a leash or in a carrier when outside the room. c. Owners are responsible for cleaning after their pet(s). Any damages caused by your pet(s) will be charged accordingly. d. Do not leave your pet unattended; Palms Resort is not responsible for your pet(s) or any damages caused by your pet. 5. Quiet Hours: a. We request that all guests respect the quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. b. Please keep noise levels to a minimum during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. 6. Amenities: a. The use of our amenities, including common areas, kitchenette, pool, jacuzzi, bar games equipment, and outdoor spaces, is permitted for registered guests only. b. Please handle all equipment and facilities with care. Any damages caused will be the responsibility of the guest. 7. Breakfast: a. We offer breakfast at the Property. b. Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or preferences in advance. 8. Visitors: a. Visitors are welcome during the designated visiting hours, which are between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM. b. Please inform the front desk about any visitors arriving, and they must be accompanied by the registered guest. 9. Housekeeping: a. housekeeping services are provided daily between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. b. If you need additional towels or any other amenities, please contact the front desk, and we will be happy to assist you. 10. Safety and Security: a. Please ensure all doors are locked when leaving or entering the property. b. We have installed security cameras in public areas for the safety of our guests and staff. 11. Corkage Fees: Guests are required to pay corkage fees when bringing foods and drinks at the Bar Area. Terms & Conditions Last updated: May 10, 2023 Terms and Conditions Acceptance: Please read Palms Resort’s Terms and Conditions carefully prior to making any reservation at our website (thepalmsresortandbar.com). By making a reservation at our website (thepalmsresortandbar.com), you confirm that you accept these our the Palms Resort’s Terms and Conditions Check-in Time & Procedure: Check-in time is any time after 2 PM. If you arrive earlier, we will be pleased to store your luggage until your room is ready. If the room is available and you choose to check-in early, you are required to pay our early check-in fees. Guests will be required to present a valid form of identification. Guests will be required to pay a total security deposit amounting Php1,000.00/room. Security deposit will be held until check-out and will be released after a room inspection is conducted to make sure there is no damage and the room is left in the same conditions as it was upon check-in. If any damages or missing items are discovered during the room inspection, the cost of the repairs or replacement will be deducted from the security deposit. If the cost of damages exceeds the security deposit amount, the guest will be responsible for paying the remaining balance. Palms Resort will make every effort to honor special requests (such as a specific floor or room number, adjoining rooms, roll-away beds, refrigerators, early check-in, etc.) upon your arrival. However, the availability of these items cannot be guaranteed in advance. The hotel reserves all rights to refuse service to any guests of the hotel who do not follow or comply with hotel policies. Check-out Time & Procedure: Check-out is at 12 PM. If you require a later check-out, please contact us before 11 am on the day of departure, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. A charge may apply, depending on availability. Reservation: All reservations are subject to room availability. Guests are required to pay Deposit or Full amount in order to make a reservation, if the payment has not been received and verified by Palms Resort, your booking is not confirmed. Rooms availability is subject to change without prior notice. Rooms are awarded to guests based on a first payment basis. Payments: Guests are required to pay full reservation amount upon check-in. We accept the following mode of payments at the property: 1. Cash 2. G-cash 3. Maya 4. Bank Transfer Smoking Policies: Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the hotel. Smoking is allowed in designated “smoking” areas of the Palms Resort. Maximum number of Guests For your safety in the event of an emergency, please follow the maximum number of guests allowed in the room. Unregistered extra persons will be fine Php 2000 per room/night or when rooms are exceeding maximum occupancy. Age Restrictions: Guests must be 18 years or older to check in without a parent or legal guardian. CHILDREN POLICY (This policy is only necessary if you have charges for additional guests) Up to 1 children under the age of 9 stay free in same room as parents or legal guardian. Promotional and Discounts Policy If you choose to take advantage of any promotions offered through the hotel, please follow all restrictions associated with each offer. Outside Foods and drinks are only allowed in all rooms. Garbage Disposal Policy: Proper garbage disposal is highly encouraged by the Palms Resort.
